Nginx configuration practices

Forward application requests to the Node service and serve public assets from the correct directory. Keep API requests out of generic HTML fallback rules.

Pearto also exposes public assets under /api/assets/ so shared-hosting static handlers do not swallow script and stylesheet requests.
