For optional cash purchases, Stripe receives your checkout email, resource name and price and handles payment details under its own privacy policy. Pearto stores order status, price and resource access records; card details are not stored by Pearto.

Many tools process files and text in your browser. Tools that use server services explain their requirements.

Accounts, favorites, comments and resource submissions are stored by Pearto. Contact one@pearto.com or open a private support request about your account and data.

Support conversations and internal team notes are private. Verification and support emails are delivered through the operator’s SMTP mailbox; failed delivery is recorded without exposing mailbox passwords.

Referral points require both accounts to verify email ownership. Email identifiers are retained to prevent duplicate referral awards. Points have no cash value; claims and adjustments are recorded in a private ledger.

Verified members may appear on public leaderboards using their display name and community statistics. Hide this from Points & referrals. Email addresses and support conversations are never displayed there.

Pearto records aggregate page renders, tool opens, search submissions and selections, output copy/download triggers and displayed errors for up to 90 days. These counters do not store input text, uploaded files, search terms, email addresses or visitor identifiers. Do Not Track is respected.

Signed-in practice quizzes store score totals and dates; wellbeing answers and results are not retained. Contact the operator for data access or deletion requests.
